This 100h Pre and Postnatal Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is designed as a blended learning program integrating in-person sessions, live online weekends, mentored teaching practice, and an immersive retreat.
It explores yoga across the perinatal continuum — from pregnancy through postpartum recovery, combining movement, breathing practices, meditation, anatomy and professional development to prepare teachers to confidently guide safe, inclusive, and trauma-aware prenatal and postnatal yoga classes.
The training is facilitated by Amanda Morelli and Marta Palombo, each bringing extensive expertise in yoga and perinatal support.
The course structure, including dates and key details, is outlined below. Click here to access a schematic training overview.
If committing to the full 100h training feels like a big step right now, you can begin with one of the core pathways by enrolling in the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training (60h, March–June 2026) or the Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training (40h, September–November 2026) as standalone certifications. See at the bottom of this page for information about pricing.
