If you’re curious to explore the subtle body through chakra-themed yoga and already have some yoga experience, this Hatha B course in the Chakra Series might speak to you.
We’ll meet weekly for an intermediate 90’+ Hatha Yoga practice combining asana, pranayama, short meditations, and inspirations for self-inquiry.
Our journey through the inner rainbow now brings us to Vishuddha — the throat centre of expression, truth, resonance, and conscious communication. Associated with purification and the element of ether (space), Vishuddha bridges inner knowing and outer expression. It governs how we listen, how we speak, and how authentically we allow our voice to emerge.
A balanced Vishuddha supports clear boundaries, honest yet compassionate communication, deep listening, and the courage to express ourselves with integrity and sensitivity.
You can expect spacious, steady Hatha and Hatha Flow practices that emphasise length and freedom through the neck, shoulders, jaw, and upper chest, while maintaining grounded support from the lower body and the torso. We’ll explore sound and refined pranayama practices that cultivate subtle awareness and the vibrational quality of breath.
Each session will close with integration through breath awareness, gentle sound or mantra, mudras, deep rest, and meditation—allowing the practice to settle into inner spaciousness and support clear, embodied expression in daily life.
