This summer the Herzberg community opens its doors to welcome us in its beautiful space in Brandenburg.
Surrounded by fields and forest, and with a clear lake at 2 minutes walking distance, we will spend four end-summer days immersed in the embrace of nature’s elements, allowing a space of inner silence and wholeness.
Asana, Pranayama and meditation in the Hatha tradition (Pranayoga Method) will meet the transformative tools of Somatic Experiencing (SE)® for a practice inspired by the expansive connection between the watery playfulness of Svadhisthana (Sacral Chakra) and the unconditional love and compassion flow of Anahata (Heart Chakra)
THE RETREAT INCLUDES:
Arrival: Tuesday 03 September, 1 pm
Departure: Friday 06 September, 1 pm
Participation fee (food, accommodation and practice): 370 € tend and 410€ double room.
