If you’re curious to explore the subtle body through chakra-themed yoga and already have some yoga experience, this second Hatha B course in the Chakra Series might speak to you.
We will meet weekly for an intermediate Hatha Yoga practice that will include asana, pranayama, short meditations and inspirations for self-inquiry.
This second 8-week course will be centred on yoga for the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana), the energy centre connected to creativity, emotion, fluidity, natural pleasure, and our relationship with the pulsing motion of life.
You can expect a focus on the hips and pelvis, juicy transitions, circular and wavy movements, practices that support vitality and help cultivate a dynamic balance between containment and expression, expansion and centeredness. A practice of ebb and flow, of making space for what moves in us, and what longs to move through us.
