Rooted — A Muladhara Chakra Retreat

Rooted — A Muladhara Chakra Retreat

1-4 June 2026
Exploring support and safety through body, breath, and nature

📍 Herzberg, Brandenburg

This retreat is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the ground beneath you. In a house nestled between forest and lake, and held by the steady unfolding of nature in early June, we will explore the energy of Muladhara Chakra through Hatha Yoga and Somatic Experiencing–informed practices focused on sensing and nervous-system regulation.

Practices are accessible to mixed levels and offered with variations, allowing each participant to move at their own pace and within their own capacity. Alongside movement and breath, time will be spent outdoors—walking in the forest, resting by the lake, and orienting to the sensory richness of the season.

Silence, warmth, nourishing food, and simple embodied daily rituals create a supportive container where the body can soften while staying connected to the vitality of early summer, allowing space for integration, reflection, and simply being.

This retreat is especially supportive for those seeking:
– Grounding and stabilization
– Recovery from stress, overwhelm, or disconnection
– A trauma-sensitive approach to yoga and embodiment
– A gentle return to body awareness

All sessions are offered in both German (Nike) and English (Amanda).
Open to all levels and backgrounds — no experience needed.

The retreat includes:
– 4 hours of daily yoga (morning & afternoon sessions)
– Meditative walks through the forest, swims in the lake, and sauna time
– Somatic Experiencing informed meditations
– Vegan/vegetarian self-made meals (brunch + dinner)
– Accommodation in a double room or tent
