Come and share a summer weekend in the nature of Schorfheide (Brandenburg), a Pranayoga Method® retreat dedicated to exploring and deepening the connection between intuition and expression in your personal yoga practice, supported by Sattvic meals and optional liquid cleansing.

 

We will practice Asana in the Hatha tradition, Pranayama, meditation and restorative Yoga Nidra. With the breath always at the center, our yoga sadhana will be a quest for the connection between the lightness of experiencing our vitality and creativity at the playful, spontaneous and sensual level of Svadhisthana (2nd Chakra) and the purification and refinement necessary to channel that energy towards subtler states of existence, enhanced receptivity, and creative expression at the level of Vishuddha (5th Chakra).

 

For this process to unfold, we will allow a space of reduced stimuli, a pause from all noises of ordinary life, towards a state of vibrant emptiness.
Following this same intention, our meals will be prepared and enjoyed following the principles of the sattvic diet, with the option of a deeper cleansing through 24 hours of liquid fasting supported by smoothies, juices and light soups (more info below)

The Naturhaus will accommodate recovery sleep, community time in nature and you-time in a yogic environment.

 

Participation includes:

☆ Daily morning and afternoon yoga practice, for a total of 4-5 hours
☆ A lecture on the 2nd and 5th chakra
☆ Vegan and sattvic self-made food, optional liquid cleansing
☆ Accommodation in double bedroom

SATTVIC DIET AND APPROACH TO FASTING

 

Our intention for this yoga retreat is to allow a space of inner and outer simplicity, where ordinary stimuli are reduced to the minimum. We will practice slowness, internal awareness and learn to access our stored energies through embodiment, clearing the inner paths that lead to non-ordinary perceptions and creativity.

Sattvic diet and liquid fasting are therefore offered as a chance to reduce the impact of external energetic stimuli, cleanse the bodymind and engender a state of calmness and alertness, thus enhancing our ability to sense and focus on subtler experiences and realms of existence.

Following the Sattvic principles of the Ayurveda tradition, we will offer vegan meals prepared with love and care. On Saturday we will open the option for a liquid-food day, with optional add-on for the ones who prefer to stay within the frame of a solid-food diet.
Everything will be approached at a beginner level and you will receive recommendations to prepare for the retreat and enjoy a smooth cleansing experience.
