Orsi found the synthesis of different interests in Hatha Yoga, and through the 700+ hr YTT of the Free School of Hatha Yoga Hamsa in Berlin has expanded her knowledge in the philosophy, practise and history of Yoga.
Through the Pranayoga Method® she has established a rhythm between structure and improvisation. With attention to detail, she integrates direction, space and geometry from her architecture career with formal Asana knowledge. This is balanced with constant, curious research drawn from the practise of visualization that supports the intimate space of the imaginary.
Her practice centres the body-mind system in the belly area, with its complex relationship to the nervous system and its role in intuition and play.
Orsi teaches Yoga and Pranayama in Berlin, her classes open the healing potential of self-care allowing powerful but simple movement and a deep attention on the breath.
