After the wonderful experience of last summer, we are happy to welcome you back to the Herzberg community space in Brandenburg. Nestled among fields and forests, just a two-minute walk from a clear, tranquil lake, we will spend four days immersed in the embrace of nature’s elements.
This retreat is an invitation to open space for spontaneity, presence, enjoyment, and self-expression — through a practice-sādhanā approached as līlā, or divine play. Rather than striving toward a specific goal, our sādhanā becomes a creative expression of the playful nature of the divine within: open-ended, contemplative, and experimental. A celebration of freedom, creativity, and connection to inner wisdom.
Together, we will awaken the playful, vital energy of Svādhiṣṭhāna, the seat of our creative power, while creating space for the blossoming of Viśuddha, the center of self-expression, deep listening, and communication. As the bridge between heart and mind, Viśuddha empowers us to express ourselves through words, music, and art — allowing creativity to flow freely and authentically.
Each day begins with a meditative walk to the nearby lake, an energising prāṇāyāma session and a silent swim, followed by a morning Hatha Yoga practice. Following brunch and free time, the afternoon sessions offer gentle, grounding movement and deep relaxation. Journaling and drawing are woven throughout the retreat as invitations to connect with yourself and express what arises.
All sessions are offered in both German (Nike) and English (Amanda).
Open to all levels and backgrounds — no experience needed, just a willingness to explore.
