OYSTER POSE – HASTA PADA BADDHA ASANA
Hasta Pada Baddha Asana, or the Oyster Pose, allows the heart to rest, is benefcial for the urogenital system, nervous system and spine. Relaxes, and favors deep internalization, mental silence and self–awareness.
