I took my first yoga class more than 25 years ago. But it wasn’t until a Hatha Flow following the Pranayoga Method® in 2015 that I experienced an energetically depth and inner space that had never occurred before. A remarkable turning point on the mat and in my life. Since then I constantly work on creating, sharing and holding a safe space in my classes. A space where you can open up towards your body, your soul and the more subtle energies that yoga offers to experience through regular practice.
In 2023 I left Berlin after more than two decades to return to my home in Bergisches Land. Reconnecting with nature in a landscape and air which is shaped by woods, meadows, rivers and creeks that provide constant explosions of all of my senses. Consciously living in this natural environment is an inspiration to my own practice and teachings as well as my personal life.
Pranayoga Method® is a teaching method free of dogmas offering a meditative and energetic experience. Respecting each practitioner‘s uniqueness. I attach great importance to anatomically safe guidance, always preceded by a coordinated warm-up. Rhythm and intensity as well as the sequence varies in each of my classes, adapted to the possibilities of the participating practitioners.
