CRANE POSE 2 – BAKA ASANA
Baka Asana, or the Crane Pose, increases the sense of equilibrium and psychophysical perception; increases capacity for attention and concentration; strengthens arms and shoulders; on the psychic level, it improves self-esteem, decision-making and decisiveness.
