This type of dynamic respiratory exercise increases mobility of the shoulder joint and helps expanding the rib cage vertically and forward; promotes the perception of the centre of gravity and of the relaxation controlled by body in an erect position. It has a positive effect on circulation, lymphatic drainage and the determination to choose.
