SHOULDER STAND, DYNAMIC – UTTANA SARVANGA ASANA
The dynamic variation of the Shoulder Stand Pose strengthens the body and prepares it to sustain the static phase of the position; acts specifically on weight regulation; excellent for draining all sorts of stagnations, especially if located in the legs and the abdominal area; revitalizes the nervous system and is considered an anti-aging posture. On a psychological level, improves capacity of interpreting symbols, balances the upper three Chakra, improves memory and concentration capacity.
