SHOULDER STAND – UTTANA SARVANGA ASANA
The Shoulder Stand Pose balances the upper three Chakra, improves memory, concentration capacity, and the capacity of interpreting symbols. It revitalizes the nervous system and is considered an anti-aging posture. It acts on weight regulation, excellent for draining all sorts of stagnations, especially if located in the legs and the abdominal area.
