VICTORIOUS BREATH: SUPINE – UJJAYI PRANAYAMA
This breathing technique improves oxygenation of body-tissues and has a euphoric effect. It is especially recommended to those who have asthma; when this technique is fully mastered, it helps controlling symptoms of moderate asthmatic crisis.
